Could use some cleaning
The lobby looked updated, but honestly, the floors were kinda gross. My room was spacious, which I liked, but some spots could've used a good scrub. The staff was friendly at times, but not super consistent. Also, the snack bar was great for a quick bite, but not much variety. Big bummer with the cleaning though.

A Hidden Gem in a Great Location
I appreciated the space in my room for family downtime, and the hot shower was particularly refreshing after long days. Carla at the front desk was a delight and made my stay pleasant.
However, the TV was unresponsive, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, which was frustrating. Additionally, I noticed that an elevator issue could be a hassle for future guests.

The air conditioning worked well and was refreshing.
I was stuck on the 4th floor due to broken elevators! Carrying my heavy luggage down those stairs was a nightmare. Plus, the breakfast was terribly disappointing. I expected better service, but housekeeping didn’t come to our room at all during our stay.

To enhance your stay, check the evening cookie availability at the front desk for a sweet treat after a long day.

missingWrote a review on Aug 17comfortable airdecent breakfastelevator issues
The air conditioning worked well, providing a much-needed escape from the humidity. Breakfast selections offered decent variety, more than just the standard continental fare, which made mornings more enjoyable.
Two elevators were out of commission during my stay, which forced me to lug my 50-pound suitcase down the stairs-definitely not how I wanted to kick off the day. The room had a lingering odor that hinted at mold, and essential items like shower caps were noticeably absent, making the experience feel a bit lacking overall.

It was just a good pick for a flying visit in Birmingham with outstanding value. The staff was helpful in getting me checked in quickly when I arrived exhausted. Be sure to explore nearby dining options for a better meal.

the springhill suites is located just off the interstate but away from the busy city. it's easy to access via a looping road surrounded by office buildings, which has plenty of speed bumps. the weight room was clean and the treadmill worked great. carla at the front desk was very accommodating.

The location is conveniently secluded yet close to attractions, and the air conditioning provides a refreshing escape from the heat. The staff display a friendly demeanor, making interactions pleasant. However, cleanliness is a significant issue. upon checking in, both the hallways and rooms were unkempt, with trash and visible stains. Additionally, the management's response to complaints felt lacking, which detracted from the experience.

great access to parks and landmarks for city explorers
during my recent stay, I found the rooms to be super spacious and the beds very comfortable. Being just over 2 km from the Birmingham Zoo made morning strolls through the city so enjoyable. if you’re a fan of good food, there's also a great variety of restaurants like Black Market Bar & Grill just a short 500-meter walk away.

The location is easily accessible from the interstate, and it's quiet, which helps light sleepers like me get a good night's rest. The staff seems attentive, particularly during the day, making check-in seamless.
Unfortunately, the hallways have a lingering wet dog smell.

I enjoyed my stay while attending my daughter's graduation. Clean room, good breakfast, and convenient accessibility for my mother made everything smoother. Although the staff's knowledge could improve, they really tried to help. It felt like a pleasant accommodation for our special weekend.
